At Gems4Me.com our commitment to quality and client satisfaction is absolute. We want you to feel completely satisfied with your on line shopping experience. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.
Items must not be worn or show any signs of wear and must be returned with all original packaging warranty cards, cases, covers, bar codes, tags, zip lock bags for watchbands, or we will have to deduct from the refund.
Gems4Me.com will gladly refund the purchase price of any jewelry item returned within 10 days of shipping. You can choose to exchange the merchandise, request a credit or receive a refund less any credit charges. All items must be returned in their original condition. Jewelry that is custom sized, damaged, scratched, chipped or shows other signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted for a refund. Returns must be postmarked the latest, on the 10th day of the return. Time is calculated from the date of receipt.
New Watches come with full factory Warranty and Papers. All Watches carry a 10 (ten) day return privilege, unless it was a special order which can not be returned. All items must be returned in their original condition. Watches may not be worn or used. Watches that are damaged, scratched, chipped or shows other signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted for a refund. Note that we cannot accept the return of any item that has been resized or altered in any way.

We prefer to do an exchange, it keeps the costs lower and enables us to keep our prices low. One of our customer service staff will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Mark the number on the outside of the return package. Ship the item, including all original documentation, to our office.
Once it passes independent inspection, your money is refunded. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund for any item that has been resized or for any item that is returned damaged, chipped, scratched or otherwise shows signs of wear or tampering.
In the case of a credit card payment, a credit will be applied to the card used to make the original purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued by mail. If you are returning a gift, you may choose to credit the original credit card for the purchase value, or you may request a credit, which can be applied to any Gems4Me.com purchase in the future. Credit has no expiry date.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount, including any applicable taxes paid. Actual cost to us or any credit card fees or charges which altogether total 5% of the purchase price, as well as the shipping and handling costs, are nonrefundable, except in the case of an error on our part. Please allow approximately 10 business days to complete the return process.
EXCHANGES will be gladly made with the only resulting charge being shipping in the amount of $10.95
